This is the newly designed State of Mississippi flag.
It has a Magnolia flower in the center of it, with stars around it. The color is Red, Blue, and white flower and stars. There is 1 golden yellow star up top.
The original Mississippi Flag was adopted on February 7th, 1894. This new design became official November 3, 2020 without a vote from the people. This upset many citizens which is why you will still see some flying the original MS flag instead.
