How long will it take for me to get my order?

Most orders ship within one business day, Monday through Friday (We are closed on weekends). Average delivery time is 2-3 business days for the Eastern USA, 3-5 business days for Western USA.

In the rare case that your flag (or other item from your order) is out of stock, we will request a restock and your order will usually ship out within 2 weeks. If you order multiple items, we will ship everything we do have in stock within 1 business day (Monday-Friday), and we will ship the pending item separately as soon as it is restocked. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates vary from country to country. It is taking approximately 2-3 weeks for Canada orders.

To other countries, International shipping varies between 3-4 weeks.

Please note, ever since Covid19, shipping and customs are take longer worldwide. Each country is different depending on their procedures. But even to Australia, (probably the furthest from us) it is taking on average 3-4 weeks.

Do you offer overnight or express shipping?

Yes, we offer overnight or express shipping, but you must call us to arrange this. Some items may not be available for overnight shipping, so it’s important to contact us directly for this service. Call our office at 1-386-935-1420 Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm EST and we will be happy to help.

Where can I get a tracking link or code for my order?

We ship all orders via USPS First Class, Priority mail, or UPS Ground (depending on the weight of your package). You will receive an order confirmation email upon ordering. And then, once your order is shipped out, you will receive a 2nd email confirming shipment. If you do not receive your tracking number within 1 day of ordering (excluding weekends), please contact us via email and we will provide it for you.

How do I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please email or call us. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change it or cancel it, but we will work with you to find a solution.

What Size Flag do I need for my Inground Flagpole?

We recommend that the flag be 1/4 the height of your flagpole. For instance, a 3×5 ft flag is suitable for a 20-foot flagpole.

Here’s a size guide:

  • 6′ porch flagpole – 2×3 or 3×5 ft flag;
  • 20′ flagpole – 3×5 or 4×6 ft flag;
  • 25′ – 4×6 or 5×8 ft;
  • 30′ – 5×8 or 6×10 ft;
  • 40-45′ – 6×10 or 8×12 ft;
  • 50′ – 8×12 or 10 x 15 ft;
  • 60-65′ – 10×15 or 10×19 ft;
  • 70-80′ – 10×19 or 12×18 ft;
  • 90-100′ – 20-30 or 30×60 ft flag.

Where are your flags made?

We use suppliers from all over the USA. If you would like a 100% confirmed Made in USA item, simply search for the listing that says “Made in USA”. Some of our suppliers have imported flags as a lower cost alternative. We always support American suppliers/manufacturers- even the products our American suppliers import continue to help support American jobs and Our American Owned and Family run business. Are Your Flags Double-Sided? Do they read right on both sides?

Our flags display correctly, meaning they are backwards on the back (unless the description clearly states: DOUBLE SIDED).

Truly double-sided flags, which read correctly on both sides, are unusual and require two flags to be sewn back-to-back. We do have some designs available, however not all. Simply look for the words “Double Sided” in the title or description to confirm whether the flag design you like is indeed double sided.

In the image below you can clearly see the US Marine Corps flag has reversed letters on the back (look at the bottom of the image and the word “Marine” is reversed. The word above it, “United”, curls around and is correct (so you know we did not doctor the image). This is how all traditional, historical flags are made.

We’d not suggest to these gentlemen that their flag is anything short of correct.   

How do I attach the flag to my flag pole?

Our outdoor and decorative flags have grommets for attachment to a pole. Ceremonial flags have a pole hem for sliding onto a pole but do not have grommets. Most of our flags have grommets unless otherwise stated.

If you are looking for pole hem or pole sleeve (the kind where the flags have a sleeve and slide over pole), you can confirm this by choosing the flag listing that says “pole sleeve, or sleeve/ties”.

What is your 30 day return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable, and custom made flags are non-returnable. Please contact us by email for returns.

How a return’s cash value is calculated in orders with “free” items. 

In doing a refund for an item that was purchased as part of our buy 2 get a 3rd item free program, the return value must be adjusted to allow for the value of the “free” item(s) included in the order.  Basically, if you only keep 2 of the 3 items in your order, the free item no longer qualifies as “free” and will be adjusted as follows:

  The refund value is based on the items percentage contribution to the overall order value.

We calculate the cash refund value on a single item in the following way:

Item Retail Value divided by Order Retail Value before discount = Item Value Percentage Order cost times Item Value Percentage = Cash Value

For example: A $100 flag and a $50 flag are purchased. One additional $25 flag is selected at the time of purchase as the “free” flag under our promotion.

 Later the customer wishes to return the $100 flag for a refund. The Original Retail Order value  = $175 The Returned Items % of the Retail order Value – 57%

The Orders Item Cost was $150.       57% of $150 = $85.50 

The Cash Value of the Returned $100 item is adjusted to be $85.50 to account for the “free” item’s value in the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, as well as checks or money orders through our online order form. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

How are your flags made?

Our flags are made using high-quality materials and manufacturing processes to ensure durability and colorfastness. We pride ourselves on producing flags that meet strict quality standards.

Every flag we ship out is reviewed by our Quality Control Specialists to ensure you receive a quality flag. However, if we miss something or you are unhappy for ANY reason, simply email us and we will make it right

Can I request a custom flag design?

Yes, we offer custom flag design services. You can submit your design idea via email and place your order here, and our team will work with you to create a custom flag that meets your specifications.

How Our “Buy 2 get 3rd Free” Offer works

In our store most items are eligible for our buy 2 get any 3rd item free offer. When you buy any two items, you may select any 3rd item of equal or lesser value free. This scales up so even if you order 6, 9, or 100 items, every 3rd items will be free. Simply add any 3 items to your shopping cart and check out with them, and our cart will automatically make the eligible item free.

Note that not all items are eligible for this offer, shipping charges apply to all items, and you may combine this offer with any coupons or gift certificates.

Do you sell the Rebel Flag?

Absolutely. We have increased the availability of all “Southern Heritage” flags due to recent demand. We are shipping these flags out daily to anywhere in the world.

Do you sell wholesale?

Due to Covid impacting supply and shipping lines worldwide, we are not taking on new wholesale distributors currently, sorry. 

Can I order via phone?

Yes, you can order via phone, simply call our office at 1-386-935-1420. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern Standard time. If we are on another line, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, our packaging is discreet with no indication of which flag design is inside. This is particularly useful for gifts. If your order is a gift being shipped directly to the receiver, you can request no invoice by making a note in the comment field when placing the order.
