This is the National flag of Germany and Marine Jack of Germany, flag with Iron Cross.
The German Flag with Swastika was used from 1920-1945. It was used by the Nazi party and was designed by Adolf Hitler. The swastika itself has much older and deeper roots, going back many thousands of years. (It was used as a symbol of luck, even in the United States, before World War II.) As a flag, it is presented here in historical context. However, some groups use this flag today in an underground, unofficial capacity. We ship this flag worldwide, but in some areas it may be illegal to display or posses such a flag. Be mindful of its extreme emotional value and the level of offense displaying this flag can create. War of 1812 Flag with 6 Point Stars – Don’t Tread on Me
This is the flag of a company of New York Militia known as the Veteran Exempts. Formed in July of 1812, it was composed of veterans of the American Revolution. The name stems from the fact that these veterans were exempt from compulsory military service because of their age. They nonetheless took back up their arms. This Veteran Exempts flag appears to have been used at the Battle of Plattsburgh in upper New York. Also known as the Battle of Lake Champlain, this engagement ended the last British attempt to invade the northern United States.
