This is an exact reproduction of the flag flown over Beauvoir, the Biloxi, Mississippi estate and final home of Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederate States. Beauvoir was acquired in 1877 with help from benefactor Sarah Anne Ellis Dorsey, where Davis lived until his death in 1889, working on his memoir “The Rise and Fall of the Confederate Government”. The original flag remains a centerpiece at the Jefferson Davis Presidential Library and Museum on the grounds en.wikipedia.org.
