American Made Best Quality Nylon Embroidered Flags
(This flag has additional zig-zag stitching reinforcement on vertical rows on the fly end, and zig-zag stitching on the fly end corners.)
This is an American made flag of tough, durable and long-lasting nylon fabric. You won’t find nylon flags with higher tensile and tear strength. It has embroidered stars and sewn stripes.
It has excellent strength retention under UV exposure, and high resistance to UV fading. These are deeper, brighter colors that last over time, due to the aniline dyeing process, with better wash-fastness and light-fastness than nylons of similar fabric construction.
This flag has a one inch double edge fold around the edges, with four rows of stitching on the fly edge where the flag needs the greatest strength.
This flag has further reinforced stitching. There are an additional four rows of vertical zig-zag stitching, and the normal reinforced stitching in the corners is strengthened by “boxing in” that stitching with zig-zag stitching
The grommets are solid brass.

1st National Flag of Confederate States of America – Outdoor -13 Stars and Bars Nylon Embroidered Flag
Also called the “Stars and Bars Flag” and “First National Flag.“
Used from 1861-1863
Simply Choose Your Size: 2×3, 3×5, 4×6, 5×8, 6×10, 8×12, or 10×15 feet
On March 4, 1861, this flag was first flown over the capitol building in Montgomery, Alabama. It was selected from among hundreds of designs submitted to the provisional Confederate Government, with the final choice determined by a vote of the Provisional Confederate Congress.
Originally, the flag featured seven stars—each representing one of the original members of the new Confederacy. As additional states seceded from the United States and joined the Confederacy, more stars were added.
Eventually, the design was altered because public opinion held that it bore too close a resemblance to the Union flag. There is also historical speculation that on crowded and smoky battlefields, the flag was easily confused with that of the Union, potentially leading soldiers to mistakenly follow the wrong banner during combat.
