New to the Civil War Memory Library, 07/19

Blogger and historian Kevin Levin has added six new books to his Civil War Memory library. The new additions cover a wide variety of topics, including black Civil War regiments, escaped-slave refugee camps, infantry tactics, the state of race, law and public debt in Virginia, and biography. One entry, Joe Gould’s Teeth, is not exclusively related to the Civil War, but to historians and the work of historians more broadly.
