Two South Carolina Republicans want to honor Black Confederate soldiers

Two representatives from South Carolina have proposed a bill that would honor African-American soldiers that fought on the side of the Confederacy during the Civil War. They are also striving for teachers to teach more about the African-Americans that fought on the side of the Confederacy during the war instead of just those that fought for the Union. These two representatives were against removing the Confederate Flag so some people believe that this is just a ploy for them to get the flag back up.
