Plum High School students sent home for wearing Confederate clothes

The United States Civil War may be over, but the Confederacy lives on! At Plum High School, students have been wearing clothing with the Confederate flag on them. This act is viewed in the eyes of the state as a violation of the civil liberties of others, but in the Constitution as an expression of the 1st Amendment.
