The Ohio legislature gather their voice to abolish one of the state’s symbols of oppression. The Confederate flag was the banner for slavery in the United States Civil War and has remained a fixture on the state’s public property. The gathering of the state’s representatives is to speak out on this symbol and the need to have it removed.
