Pavilion offer could displace Confederate monument

There are some residents interested in raising money for a monument in Munn Park. The monument is to honor those who served in the Confederate army. Although this is an issue for the town to consider as it would be a positive attribute to the town and bring in visitors; the City Manager Tony Delgado believes other things in this country should be the primary focus at this time.
