Mitch marches with confederate monument madness

There has been a recent movement to remove confederate monuments with even the mayor of New Orleans, Mitch Landrieu agreeing stating they don’t represent the current community. The movement has gained momentum after the shooting of nine African Americans at a South Carolina church by Dylan Root in 2015. There are several monuments targeted for removal but they have to be done carefully so that they are still preserved as historical artifacts.
