These men are respecting the veterans by cleaning their headstones. This is a very respectful and nice thing to do. It’s good to see this kind of civic act being performed since so many headstones are allowed to fall to ruins through neglect. Sometimes they get so bad you can no longer read them so you don’t know who’s stone it is.
