Withdrawl of bill means Confederate monument could be removed

One bill withdrawal will mean that a Confederate monument could be removed. The Confederate monument is located at a place called Hemming Park. But on Tuesday, the Jacksonville city council decided not to protect that monument. The statue dates back almost 120 years. It is meant to pay tribute to the soldiers that fought long ago.
