Supporters of Initiative 58 are hoping it gets passed on the next ballot to never again make an appearance on another ballot. The Heritage Keepers Rally took place on the steps of the capitol Saturday. Currently 3 changes are on the docket. Changes could be made as early as 2018 depending on the polls outcomes.
