Group denied for second time to raise Confederate flag in Rockbridge County

This group is not being allowed to display the Confederate flag even though they have asked twice. Many don’t like this symbol anymore. They think it’s a symbol of racism and oppression. Others think it’s just another part of history and that we shouldn’t be forgetting about it or it might repeat itself.
