Gay pride, Confederate battle flags displayed at Maine high schools

What do Gay pride and the Confederate flags have in common? Well, it seems at a local high school in Maine, these flags found themselves together. Both flags were an expression of the rights of students to have the freedom to express themselves and their beliefs. School officials said they desire to honor that freedom as long as the welfare and safety of all students is intact.
