Constitution says yes but Greenfield says no to confederate flag

The confederate flag is nationally known as a symbol of racial and class degradation and oppression in the United States of America. The Public Official in Greenfield removed his flag after the controversy blew up when a parent noticed it hanging in his garage. The flag is offensive to such a large group of people, but it is not a requirement for public officials or employees to remove them in their private quarter, just a recommendation.
