Charlottesville okays removal of second Confederate statue

Charlottesville has allowed the removal of a second Confederate statue. This is happening mainly in response to a recent event that happened in the area. A woman was killed while protesting. Council members made a unanimous decision to remove the statue. This is all stemming from a nationwide conflict about Confederate monuments.
