Confederate Flag Causes Controversy At RI Campground

Campers at a Rhode Island campground were concerned when they noticed a Confederate flag displayed on an RV parked in the camp. Many of the campers asked to have the flag removed, but according to a lawyer, the flag is protected by the Constitution as free speech, and can only be taken down if the RV owner chooses to do so.
