First Special Forces Cap
1st Special Forces Cap
While individual units of US Army Special Forces have their own distinctive insignia and heraldry, the coat of arms on this cap is part of the Regimental Colors of lst Special Forces (the flag of all US Army Special Forces). It has the shield of the Coat of Arms on the breast of an eagle. This Coat of Arms was adopted for the First Special Service Force of World War II on 26 February 1943. The knife has its own distinctive shape and pattern, and was issued only to the First Special Service Force.
